Hello there, I have 48% winrate and being placed with teammates with only 48% winrate and lower VS people with 50% winrate or and higher making the games much more harder too win. The teams are really not balanced out in terms of winrate % and i cant stop losing meaning i am placed with lower and lower winrate teamates. It is just me and my skill needs to improve or i just cant win because of bad winrate and getting placed with low winrate players vs high ones? Is duo q can help?

Because Riot picks the winning team before champ select to they can control the ladder.

Its a skill ladder built from math concepts, mean averages being one. Players are measured vs players and the expectation is that folks whom are above and below average stand. Riots leauge system takes the mmr skill curve and breaks it arbitrary values that represents a segmrnt of the curve = a rank and division. The lp gains slant to pull your title to match Your mmr.

If riot wanted to control titles. They set the value for them. Its an arbitrary segment of a population curve. They can control the %s of players being x title by simply setting their system values How They want. 0 effort in rigging matches. 0 rng of whos online and in que ,0 proactive time looking to determine whos possibly going to be dead weight or who needs a loss or a win. 100% accuracy at all times with no computational effort required for tracking each and every player independently.

Feel free to keep usimg "rigged" as an excuse. Learn how skill ladders are made and you discover hey its build by competitive comparisons, aka who beats who. If your "rigg" the data. Your suck away its relation to skill. If your raitings dont reflex t skill... You cant use them to accurately represent skill. If you dont have accurate data on some ones skill. You cant accurately rigg games of data on players individual skill reliably. Self defeating concept.

All to achieve what riot can just control by saying "we want 65% percentile to be at X mmr represented as g3 or what ever" because they have complete control over it.

Mmr systems are more like a bank balance. The wr is not as importiant as your balance. Mm does not try to build by wr by teams because # of games impacts what meaning a wr has. 65% out of 100 games vs 100% out of 2 games.

Also if you aimed to equalize WR your punishing people who play well by counterbalance w dead weight. That's a negative if your trying to run a skill ladder.

And yet most teams are just that. If one team has a 35% win rate player they will also have a 55+% win rate player

Iv been tracking my games using op.gg at the start of a game and from what I see 90% of all games are within teams with 0.5 - 2.0% average win rate of each other. When the average win rates are over the 2% or if one team has players with low played games and high win rates its a complete Stomp from one side. If the played games are high (80+) then the team with the higher average win most of the time.

Promos most of the time have your team 5% under the enemy team Demotion games are also your team having 5% under the enemy team.

Riot picks the winners most of the time.

games that are 0.0 to +-0.5% with high games played comes down to what champs were picked and how well the players play those champs. True balanced MMing. This comes up maybe once every 8-10 games.

I just leveled an alt from b1 to g4 Playing Supports. I intentionally failed promo games by using dodge. End result I ended up skipping divisions and promos for s4 thru s1. As I was grinding the mmr up id play any promo thst would not risk a promotion then dodge to fail.

Took me about 50 games to get thru silver.

Keep scrambling to find an excuse Or add me and let me help you out. Thats still an offer.

My MMR is low in reacent times, i tried out new champs and new roles and quit my main one trick . And so i am getting matched with low mmr players ! I am plat 4 with MMR of gold 4 , matching with golds 4 in my team and plats 4 or higer at the enemy team. I cant progress by any means when the 2 teams are so heavly unbalanced, keeping droping my mmr keeping my team being lower rank and so on and so on . Thats what i am not getting , Why am I being matched with low MMR players when I am low MMR ? Its sopose to be the other way around to balance the teams out!

Where do you get the idea your at G4 MMR?

I use match averages for my rule of thumb to get a feel for MMR ranges used. Take a look at accounts and what they consistently get put into to get a feel for what MMR range they are in.

Your consistently in G1 Match averages give or take a division. Nothing seems to be that odd, A few high uncertainty accounts in G4 show up with pretty low # of games, ones I looked at averaged g2-g1 Match averages. Feels right you who are also in a G1 match average would see them despite the gap in their rank. One has a low # games played.

There was an enemy P3 who was duoed with a G3 and ended up in a G1 average.

There was a P3 Kah who was in a P4 averaged match with you. Dudes P2 now and in higher matches, but looking back 4 days he was consistently playing at p4 p3 games till he climbed up higher.

G4 on the enemy team in your braum game. Your team P4P4P4P4G1 vs G4 G2 G2 G1 P4. You guys lost thou. His MA seemed fine as well.

There's a G4 whos in 4 of your games. Same guy. I assume yall duoed? If not weird that you guys had 3 games back to back together and 1 game a few days prior. Possible if you rejoined que at the same second I suppose, I have had that happen to me but its pretty rare and odd.

A P3 who sank to P4 recently, averaged p4. Possibly a balance for their teams g4 but just a guess, the G4 is a dedicated duo and has g1 p4 Match averages.

Now im looking about 6 days back in your history. Your Match average is p4 and a majority of games are Plat players.

So what exactly is your issue? I don't see you being put into g3 much less g4. From posters on boards my estimation for demotions for a tier is dropping to lower Div 3 or Div 4.

You should still be in the 10-20 Range for LP gains/losses. I am trying to data mine from folks to get a better idea how to identify riots #s.

Is your wins 11-16 Lp and losses 17-24 lp? Can you grab me a screen cap of your next win and next loss please?
