ARAM - Snowball is still too strong

ARAM used to be one of my favorite modes, since the introduction of the snowball it's gone pretty down hill.

Now, don't get me wrong- the fundamental idea of snow ball is very solid (and in fact needed). Before hand ARAM was just ranged poke spam, there needs to be a way to hard engage on these comps, but as is snow ball is way to spammable at way too long a range, especially when 3-5 members of the enemy team take it.

There's not enough window of opportunity to outplay people while snowball is on cool down, given how frequently it is up, how far it travels and how fast it travels.
