i feel like when playing kog'maw, you depend highly on your e, but it doesn't slow enough. i think that riot should make the e so that it also places goop in a small area around him so that its harder to avoid. and it effects people that dash to your face. i think this would bring 'kogs' popularity up a little. :)
hmm, thats not a bad idea, but I disagree on the slow amount xD. It's actually very strong, and its why mid'maw maxes his E first. Obviously if adc'maw wanted to max his slow first, it wouldn't be very healthy for bot lane for a huge are of effect slow to be strong, he could stack it with his support CC to become an impassible wall of CC
Only thing I would change is that long ass cooldown.
