Tristana needs some love

A couple patches in a row they tried adding a little extra power to Tristana to see if it would give her more viability with getting less cooldowns using her rapid fire. This however did not affect her win rate/ play rate at all and her win rate actually even lowered further from where it was. Prior to the re-work and every since S2 she was my favorite champion, now I can't even stand to play her because she's so weak in comparison after her re-work which made her a significantly worse champion over all. I was wondering if there's any plans in the works to bring her more in-line with the current carries so that I can actually enjoy my previously favorite champion again or is she being relegated to having a bad re-work then not given any attention? Any information and discussion on this matter is greatly appreciated, her having the 5th lowest win rate in the game is just very disappointing. She had roughly always a 50% prior to the re-work and that has dropped 6 percent which is just insane.
