Decent Kindred buff.

I was talking with a few buddies of mine and we were discussing why some champions were so weak even with the buffs they receive and we began speaking about kindred. Kindred of course has obviously been one of the weakest junglers despite everything people would try to make her meta, and in all honesty her only weak point is getting her jungle marks. We went over it for a while and thought that giving her a bit of a head start to her mark wouldn't make her op, but put her up to par with other junglers. Now what I mean by head start is pretty simple, when the mark appears on the map for her, it should simply take 10 seconds for enemies to see the jungle monster is marked, some might get confused but I'm not saying all her marks, champions would still know immediately, but its pretty annoying trying to get your mark and their enemy team has been chillin' waiting for you the whole time, so let me know what you think of this or come up with some type of variations please. (Seriously don't spam noob lol)
