Lissandra matchup problems -- Need Help

Hey all,

So I decided at the beginning of the season to main Lissandra top, and have found myself able to do really well in lane, with the exception of a few things:

Sion destroys me in lane and I have NO IDEA how to beat him. I try and be more mobile to avoid him knocking a minion into me, but the damage just finds a way home eventually when he takes a flask for the mana regen. I die to him AND lose lane.
Wukong is a simliar story. I die to him and lose lane.
Lanes where I do pretty well I find myself still losing tower, though I will be ahead in kills and cs (I just look to tp bot all the time at 6 and they usually counter by taking top).

What are your thoughts on this? General strategy, build order, etc would be appreciated. One thing to note is I can sometimes find myself bullied out of lane, and so I could use some tips on that as well.

Well if you TP bot, then you're asking to lose top. That's just basic counterplay and there's nothing you can do about that except TP when top is back or gone, or the wave is severely pushed.

The thing about top lane is a lot of bruiser players will simply afk sit in top lane and never roam until the enemy tower is gone, while Lissandra is made to roam and teamfight. If you can win a teamfight and get at least one objective off of it, it's okay to lose a tower (trade would be a kill advantage and an objective vs less kills and an objective). The problem with sion is that he's a tank and since Lissandra's lvl 1 q damage is so low, it's hard to trade against enemy who can just eat the damage with no real harm done. You also gotta remember that all of your spells are aoe. If you're right up against a wukong (within w range) and you see him start decoy (stops moving suddenly), you can still hit him with all your abilities. Your q also cones off of decoy (and invis wukong). If you see him use decoy and you throw a q and it shatters in thin air, you've found him. I've found items like morellos and athenes (ones that give both mana regen/mana AND cdr) are good against tanks because you can just spam your q, eventually whittling them low enough to combo. Sions will sometimes also try to cheese lvl 2 by suiciding to a jungle camp and killing it with passive. You can sometimes coordinate with your jungler to catch him doing that and get a kill on him. IMO the easiest thing to do when you're getting bullied out of lane is to let them push to your tower and ask your jungler for a gank. Lissandra is very very good at following up on ganks.

There really is no reason to lose to Sion. Avoid his E, Harass with your Q. HE can do NOTHING to you if he doesnt get a really good gank from his jungler.

Wukong will wreck you if you give him the chance. Dont underestimae his damage early, his 1-3 is scary strong. If you survive to 6 without being at a disadvantage you should be able to win without much trouble.

If you choose to TP while your opponent is in lane, you better be damn sure it is worth it. And no, kills are NOT worth it every time. You need a tower or dragon to make it work TPing from your lane.

All of that said, Lissandra is pure cancer top lane, and she is capable of destroyin everything. So, you shouldnt be having as much trouble as you are.

i would just play passively poking them down to half health at leat, then go all in. I don't see how you're not been able to beat sion, too tanky? You prob waste all your mana by the time he's on half health, thats just my guess. And wukong, well i could see him just bursting you down after level 6, but at the same time your stuns are insane - plus your pokes can also give you an advantage, plus if he launches himself at you you can always use your E to claw yourself away to safety? Also your stuns can cancel his ult if im correct?
