You have to kite like a challenger player in order to survive a silver 4 jax diving your back line with this item. It would literally be better to have his old passive back, at least you could damage him sometimes.

Jax is great at showing old design philosophys league used vs modern ones. First up i am biased and my view are influenced by that. Back in s1-2 i was bronze-silver so my view on the game was not really great. My memory was He used to be treated as a higher "skill" then a lot of the games champions.
