Ezreal sucks and Riot doesn't seem to give a shit

Ezreal needs a rework. all of his damage comes from a single spell, his basic attacks don't do shit, and he isn't fun to play anymore. it feels useless as hell when all your damage in teamfights comes from a single target skill shot and your ult does almost nothing. you never use your w except for AP Ezreal and even with AP you have no waveclear other than your Trueshot Barrage. as somebody who's played over %75 of his games as Ezreal i think this is important.
