the bounty system hit snowballing champions more than any other champions

all the point im trying to say started after this tweet https://twitter.com/TarIBRAHIM/status/1094538541588234241 i believe some champions need to get a hard lead to win the game or they will be let's say kinda weak how about letting the better jungler or laner have his minions gold advantage and make the bounty count on kills and assists only wouldn't that be better and by that solution the snowballing champs that rely on getting kills but doesn't get kills so instead they power farm to get almost the same gold lead and get a chance to win and actually snowball without the kills (snowballing by farm is way harder than kills ) not saying they should do what i said but tell me if you agree or not and why please [katarina-love]

Though I agree a hard lead is needed for some champs, I do not think such leads should not be gifted easily.

There should be timers on the bounties.

Like, when someone gets the bounty an anouncement comes and he has a bounty for the next 2-3 mins. Which would refresh on kills.

So there is a way to play around it.

And also fed people would not want to get the lasthits on kills to have their bounty refreshed, so they would feed the rest of the team. This seems like a better healthier alternative to me
