Fix Smurf Problem

Im aware that I am smurfing, but it is pretty unfair for new players that they have to handle smurfs that are tryharding just to feel good about themselves because its the only way they can get an easy win and ruin others peoples games by flamming or even stomping on them because of course they are better at the game. The funny part about this is that Riot wont do anything because they dont care. Enjoy the game!
