Jinx's Get Excited should have her LAUGH!

Hello!

I'm an adc main and I love . Two things I don't like about her is that her laugh emote has a windup which does not allow me to spam it while laning (:D!) and another thing is that when she gets excited it doesn't really gives me the feedback that I would like to have. The sound of her getting excited is more of a Rammus starting to spin or something which doesn't really fit the character.

My suggestion was to add a brief version of her laughter to her Get Excited! passive to make it actually exciting!
