So, kogmaw's W has a 7% max health damage per auto at level 18, with a 1% per 100 ap scaling. With 700 ap (random number, not too high or too low lategame) that's 14% max health per auto. Guinsoos Rageblade doubles on hit effects, causing every second attack with max stacks to deal 28% max health damage. Pair this with the attack speed from Rageblade and Nashor's Tooth, this could be a really deadly combo. What do you think?

Need Gold 4 Tent1 votesyou can, but you stack more as than ap. nashor's to give a small extra ap ratio on your autos (and as), wits end for more magic on-hit and magic pen (and more as), rageblade for obvious reasons, then you can afford some ap and further magic pen. problem with this build is that is spikes extremely late, while ad kog is strong right after triforce.

Need Gold 4 Tent1 votestypically i end up with probably 300 or close to it. the thing is, the items typically have their own on-hits, and the ap scales every single one of his abilities. granted, it is not the optimal build which is why ad is mainstream since rito keeps insisting on nerfing ap kog.
however, it is good in a situation where your entire team goes ad, and you want some magic damage.

MLDzXnRRR1 votesAP Kog has mana problems and you can't get high AP with crappy items like the on-hit stuff. Also, you will need magic pen. It's hard to itemize vs ADC Kog, but AP Kog doesn't deal any substantial physical damage.
