Suggestion: Summoner spell mistakes.
Let me preface this by saying I know and understand that what follows was my own mistake, but with the presence of dynamic queue and the most recent changes, I think it is something that needs to be looked at.
I just played jungle in a ranked game and forgot to switch to smite. I was queued up to jungle in a ranked match prior but someone dodged and then I played a one for all and didn't realize I still had teleport from that queue. And again, I get that this is my fault. But I still think this is something that should be looked at for a couple reasons.
The first is that no role is punished for making a mistake on summoners (and probably rune/masteries for that matter) harder than the jungle. Jungling with no smite has been a brutal proposition for over a season now and with 6.9 it just got even more daunting. For other lanes if you take the wrong summoner it's not that big of a deal and chances are the summoner will still be useful in lane and your team and in this case more importantly; the enemy team, may not even know you messed up.
Accidentally not taking smite on the jungle locks you out of jungle items and objective control. It is borderline game losing from minute one. You suffer worse clear, worse gold, and worse exp. The penalty for this mistake seems a little steep to me. It becomes more or less a lose/lose of double lane or have a terrible time in the jungle.
The fix I want to suggest is letting the person slotted for jungle in dynamic queue change their summoner to smite before leaving the fountain, if and only if there is no smite on their team. (or have some interaction with allowing you to buy the jungle item when you have no smite and this changes a summoner to smite).
Again, I realize this was my mistake. It just doesn't seem right to me that the same mistake on a laner is generally not a huge deal and on a jungler it is almost instantly game losing.
