What are these new masteries

I may be wrong in my opinion but I feel like these new masteries seriously reduce the customization of certain masteries for certain champions as far as I can tell there is really no point in making anything past a AD, AP, TANK, and SUPPORT page. Thoughts?

not true i think now you need to really look closely at what you want for each champ
