both of these stack with each other thats 55% armor reduction after he pick up one item his q silences a target for 1 second making them unable to move out of his e that reduces your armor by every tick and on top of that black cleaver works with his e too after that he smite you with his ultimate that does does 28% of missing health as dmg on top of a base magic dmg of 175 thats at level 6

Garen has a base hp at lvl 1 of 616 hp you get a dorans blade 50hp that adds up to 699 add the mastery veterans scars that adds 50hp it moves up to 749 hp lvl 1 thats not including if they add any runes on top of that

Garens base AD is 58 compare that to a squishy champ like riven who has a base AD of 56 Garens base hp regen 7.84 rivens is 5.34
