Key Fragments for Blue Essences!

Hey Guys!

I had a short idea of making Key Fragments purchsable for blue essences, they should not be cheap, since they're a grinding part of League of Legends, but I think a price of 6300 BE up to 13700 for one would be kinda fair, I am having lots of Hextech Chests, but I rarely get a fragment to open them, so I think this suggestion is justified and would make players play more aswell, since there's a 100% chance of how and when you'll get to buy your fragments, as I said the price varies depending if it will be implemented or not!

So you could earn BE to spend them for the fragments, and also earn them while playing honorful!

However, chests should be purchasable as well, not just keys.

Great, ANOTHER BE sink for new players to grind for. Don't forget that new players have to get new champions, and that RUNE PAGES cost 6300 EACH. So having a KEY FRAGMENT cost 6300 BE? This is absurd for newer players, expecially since one of my ways of farming BE IS chests! So spending 6300 BE for ONE FRAGMENT to unlock a chest that gives you something worth LESS than 6300 BE is a ripoff.

it gives also cosmetic, such as skins, emotes, ward skins etc. it has to have a higher price since earning fragments is meant to be earned through honorful gameplay, so if the prices are low, the more less attractive it gets for some players to stay honorful, since 'a few' won't care about the fragments from honor rewards and will just blindly farm games for BE, also it is not rip-off since it is not implemented and nobody forces someone to spend their BE on it if you have not enough!

I own 20 pages from before the change, I only use 1, and I change it in the lobby before the game. People shouldn't be wasting BE on Rune Pages.

If that was the only way to get key frags, sure. If it's in addition to our new system, then obviously new players wouldn't be spending on the key frags... as they would be buying champions and rune pages they need.

This is for players who have all the champions and are dumping their BE into keys to get OE and skin shards.
