Urgot
Is he busted? I think he is. I just think they shouldn't have made his w a toggle ability. It's stupid and he just shreds turrets.... And with conqueror he just never dies and takes 4 of us to kill him! I don't know.

I actually never got why he isn't more popular. Seems like fun to play but he's not all that strong and has some weaknesses that are very easy to take advantage of
Urgot does 29 damage per W proc on towers once he's level 9, that's 87 damage per second
Let's use uhhhh
Jax as an example, he does I think 50 at level 9 per auto attack onto towers while building trinity, urgot's w doesn't benefit from any AS related, jax can use an auto reset empowered by sheen which will do around +160 damage per rotation, while also hitting a lot faster than him
many champions will shred towers faster than urgot
i'm saying this as an urgot main, if urgot cant hit his E on you he's pretty much useless
jax, fiora, nocturne, olaf, vayne etc or champions similar to those can completely invalidate him, especially 
conqueror's his primary rune atm but it's not as huge as you think it is on him, at most he's getting an extra 60 damage per damage trade with around maybe 120/80 healing depending on the champion and how long the actual trade is going on for
but yes he's incredibly oppressive if he gets fed, you'll usually need 2 minimum to force anything on him when equal, 3 if he's fed and he could even win 1 vs 4 if he plays it well lol

Urgot is not busted. He can only really shred turrets if he's a little fed, because his W does decreased damage to compensate for the speedy rate of fire. He is tough to kill sometimes, yes, but he is a juggernaut, so that's understandable. He's got a low range though, so he should be somewhat easy to kite, though not as easy as a melee like Darius.
