I have an issue. [Normal Matchmaking]
I haven't frequented the lol forums/message/discussion boards much since the new design (much more reddit-y) came in, so forgive me. What I have discerned so far is that Dynamic Queue is detested by a, if not very large, very vocal section of the community (I assume there are also very many people that enjoy what Dynamic Queue allows you to do; basically, play/coordinate with friends. especially in ranked). There are very real issues regarding imbalance in this game, but after playing this game for a while, there always have been, and the community has always had problems here or there. Regardless, I really don't intend to leave the game, as overall the experience playing it has been... positive.
Anyways, after that preface, I have my own complaint... about normal matchmaking. Blind Pick or Draft Pick, or whatnot. I understand that if I want as reasonably an evenly matched experience as possible (or not, with the aforementioned dynamic queue complaints), I should go to ranked. But fuck, for me (and others, I assume), ranked kinda involves a lot of pressure. If I want to play with a group of friends, I'll go in normal blind pick because I think I'm shit at the game or whatever and I just want to improve with people of a similar attitude, without affecting my children's computer game ranking. Most of all, I want a fairly even gameplay experience, and people not to be %%%%s to each other. However, I can't do this when people of relatively varying skill levels get together in 5 man parties. Even with ideal matchmaking, it's very likely that someone will face someone that is 2 or more leagues above or below them in whatever lane (or jungle) they're playing. This sucks. This problem is exacerbated when people are in 5 man parties, and to keep the integrity of matchmaking intact the enemy team must consist of another 5 man party. This creates even bigger issues in normals than in ranked.
I've had numerous cases where our team was clearly down in skill level compared to the other team (and maybe I'm nosy for lolnexusing games, but I don't judge people based on ranks), but one was the absolute worst. My friends and I, who are scattered throughout low gold-ish to high bronze-ish had to face 3 Diamonds and a Plat. This made me sob. Though the game didn't turn out as horrible as it could have and was actually not far off in kill differential, we were behind pretty much the entire time. Last game my low silverish friend had to deal with a plat 1 in top lane, and it went much worse (the direct cause of this post). There are other examples. All sorts of matchmaking are difficult to balance (I also play the ignored ranked and normal 3s because I'm weird), except for the most common; ranked solo queue 5s, though dynamic queue has caused problems there as well. Games don't have to be decided by snowballs, but it feels like shit to play.

TL;DR Normal matchmaking. I have an issue with it and how it can match up people of similar skill levels more consistently, and I'm sad, because I don't really blame riot for it, but I'm wondering how it can be solved. Issue also extends to ranked/normal 3s, while everyone seems to be busy complaining about dynamic queue 5s.
also, no complaints, just curious why is c u n t censored, but not shit, besides it being worse in magnitude?
No tier- 3 runes and no complete masteries help to create an even greater difference.... Well, we "enjoyed" the game really well, kappa. Still don't get it!!
