Greater Quintessence of the Deadly Wreath

So, these runes that were available around Christmas during season one, they're pretty much just re-skinned armor penetration runes. I never get to use them. Armor Penetration is no longer efficient as a Quintessence, as Attack Damage just provides more benefit and if anyone actually does take Armor pen in a rune page it's better to take Armor Pen marks and then Attack damage quints because they just more damage that way. So i've got these really cool unique re-skinned runes that i will never use anymore, and really I'd just like to see them changed into attack damage quints instead. Obviously that won't happen but a man can try.
