Gold = Stats

Most games don't go that long anymore, but when they do and everyone is 6 slotted things just seem to go no where until someone makes a mistake. we should be able to do something with all of the extra gold that is accumulated late game like trade a ridiculous amount of gold for some stats. That way it wouldn't be viable until you were 6 slotted and just couldn't spend your gold on anything else. maybe like 800g = 5 stat of ad/ap.

Uhhh no. People already use the extra gold for doing things like changing between actives like GA and whatever else depending on the champion and the items that could be wanted.

This is enough and makes it so that it is a game of stradegy and skill for if it goes to late game, because that generally means that you are evenly matched in skill levels for the teams.
