URF GAREN IS NOT FUN TO PLAY AGAINST

Ever since Garen has had the urf changes to his spin he has become an anti-fun champion. I am beyond tilted right now because of so many urf games against a Garen who can instantly spin on me and deal upwards of 2.5K dmg in 2 seconds. This is not fun. This is not outplayable. This is ruining the game. There are champions who can do a lot more damage in less time i know, nut those champions have flaws that allow that damage to be dodged, or it comes at a cost of squishyness. I understand the need for Garens need for a little buff in urf considering is kit, but the stacking spin damage is beyond broken. PLEASE can you do something about this Riot. I am begging you. There is only 1 person having fun in a 10 person game when a Garen walks around the map instant killing everyone, taking buffs, clearing jungles, taking objectives. Urf is a game type that has a HUGE fanbase and a lot of people look forward to when it comes out to spam their abilities in a ridiculous fashion, but when champions have complete control over a game it ruins the entire game mode. Please can you do something to fix this clear problem or respond to me as to why you think that this is alright to have in a game.

There is point when broken isn't a high enough level of op. If a garen truly wanted to he can go predator ghost swifties ghostblade and stack IE's and essentially oneshot anyone in his way. He does over 2x the damage he normally does with his e just by spamming it. (1.6 spins per second in normal gameplay; 4 spins per second in URF)

Can't GARENtee that you get CC every game. Especially when Riot almost forces the free week champs onto you.

Game isnt balanced around the free week champs sadly.

Urf is just another indication there is too much damage in the game. What’s the point of low cooldowns when it takes less than two abilities to kill someone?

Garen can be countered just like every other broken champion in urf. That's the entire point of the game mode. Everyone is broken. You can go 20/0 and become unstoppable with Ivern if he gets a snowball going early. I've seen plenty of completely useless garens in urf because they get shutdown early. The problem is when you don't respect how strong he is and let him start snowballing.

all these people pretending garen is on the same level as every other champion in urf. "everyone is broken" not on the level garen is, thats why he's consistently the highest winrate champion in urf. he just makes the whole thing unfun because he oneshots you no matter what and there's nothing you can dodge. ive kited him a couple times with vel'koz but that's only on the rare occasion that he has no idea how to play garen or flash

Plus most mobile champs can easily keep their distance from him. Yes Garen obviously hard counters a lot of people in urf, especially if they have no mobility.

However that logic can be applied in a plethora of situations. Off the top of my head just look at Zed vs AurelionSol , obv zed wins because he's zed.

Ive played 160 games of urf since it came out this year. I see garen maybe every 4 games, and hes my 2nd least favorite to play against. Heres what i found:

Cc is near useless. Non persistant slows are useless. Armor is useless. He takes almost no damage. He can basically ignore towers past the lower levels. He dishes out insane damage. Hes really hard to outrun. If he silences you, theres no way you can kill him. Half your health will be gone. Level 18 garen with even 2 damage items could kill any non tank in probably 1-3 seconds. Tanks cant outdamage him, thats a non starter.

Traditional counters like building armor, focusing him, chain cc, farming under tower. They dont apply. His only counters are champions themselves, and thats why hes so horrible to play against.

Plus he has flash. Flash silence. A full ad garen**will **kill you.

I just want to be able to ban him out.

Urf is not about being broken. Its an idiotic argument in my opinion. If any champion in the real game was broken you can use that same exact argument to say "well thats what they are meant for". Every champion in urf is broken, but thats only in comparison to the real game, not in comparison the other champions in urf. The point of urf is to have fun, and garen is not fun.
