Please help i need tips on how to delete teemo top lane with Garen . I know atleast once in your lol history you have played against a teemo being a garen top main . Please give any tips or items that can do good against this

You can win the lane by health Regen. Against Teemo I go for a

You just won lane. When he tries to blind you press W.
or build full crit and spin to win anyways, then tee can do nothing against you cause you don't need to auto.
There isn't really much you can do against Teemos that know how to abuse their range on you. You just need to farm up, get bulky, turn into a threat to his team, and win elsewhere. Maybe call for ganks too. Level 3 ganks are the best time to go for it. I don't recommend waiting until he's 6+, You'll never get on him without flash because of shrooms, and your jungler will eat shrooms no matter where they come from if the Teemo knows his shroom placement
If the Teemo is the kind of guy who just wants to bully you off the lane by autoattacking you the moment you step near a single minion, it's far best to just let Teemo push you into your turret & farm from there.
But if it's a gentle one, the moment when Teemo shoots his Q at you, immediately hit W to reduce the blind duration down, and after that, bully him off with your QE combo.
In terms of item set, I'd usually just rush BC on the gentle one. If it were the aggressive one, either go defensive with Spirit Visage or offensive with Maw.
Not a Garen main but..... Adaptive Helm and Spirit Visage will just about nullify his threat unless he is AD. If he is AD then build Visage and just get Thornmail next. His magic damage is much more potent than the autos until he gets Bork and hurricane etc so the armor isnt needed until 2nd item.
Dont try to be too aggressive if they are a gentle teemo. If they start something trade back harder, but if they want to passively farm do so. Just means you will out scale him and your jungler can deal with other lanes.
If they are aggressive, try to trade level 2-3 if the opportunity arises. This will either
A) turn them passive.
B) make them more aggressive and an easy easy gank.
If they lose the trade they will likely be more passive, because they do not want to risk another trade loss..... if they win the trade they will attempt to shove theor advantage by extending past their minions and yours to try and make you lose CS and experience. At this time it is an easy gank until he is level 6. After that, red trinket will be your friend and partner. Your job will be to clear as many of the mushrooms as safely as you can. It is a heavy drain on his mana to place those shrooms and after a Spectral Cowl they will barely tickle.
Adaptive Helm will make that even more so tickling because the first tick will lower the damage of all the rest. Visage next will bump up your Passive which by then you should be level 11.... and the rest will be for your lieasure and luxury.

Build MR and health. Don't worry about damage. You scale hard by default. Don't be afraid to buy pots and don't be afraid to back. Teemo can't burst towers well.

Dodge game if jungler is a moron and doesn't pick cc capable jungler because teemo will just W away otherwise.
At 11 your passive gets buffed. Laugh and win lane.
