The Leave Buster System

So here's my problem. This leave buster system is very insane in several ways. I am very soon about to limit myself to only custom matches due to it. To begin with, I am the kind of person who usually has family interferences from parents and others. When i leave a match for about 15 mins, and return to finish it, even though I do get disconnected, I do come back and help the team make a comeback quickly. i know some people don't, but I went AFK only twice after a previous leave buster penalty. What do I get for the second time making a comeback as well? I get a 20 min penalty for 5 matches again. Yes they will make you wait for 20 mins before playing a match. I believe the previous punishment that LoL used to give for leaving matches was far better than this Leave Buster system, especially since 20 mins is a very long time for some people. Understand that some people have WiFi disconnections too, like me. I want to ask that something be done about it so I am making a poll also to vote on what should be done about this. Not only for me, but others too. I ask for peacefull replies and comments as well for the sake of conduct.
