I feel like I'm playing a shitty early access game, i took almost a one year break and I come back and I can't even play. I am stuck at 33% again, I fixed it once but once it was fixed I had to get off, I try again today and some issue and I can't fix it. Riot stop fail balancing champs and make the game playable.
