Make Rumble Awesome again!

Hi i would like to talk about a champion i love and he is one of my all time favorit champions in the game. (Rumble) Rumble he is a good top lane and mid can be a bully if fed and can snowball throw all lanes taking down Multiple kills and massively impacting team fights with his Q and R. to carry the game. [slayer-jinx-catface]

That was all in the past, as we all know he is not being played much anymore as he is not that strong right now. A bit squishy has no good escape. and all around he don't kick out much damage as before making him fall behind mid to late game and maybe even ending up feeding enemy team. [zombie-nunu-tears] [zombie-nunu-bummed]

maybe making his Q give him more tanknce when he is using his flame thrower on his enemies could help. Or maybe giving him a dash ability would make him great again. maybe some crowed control powers. a bit tanker and tuns of more DAMAGE please.

I would like to see (Riot) give (Rumble) some more LOVE! that he really deserves. Maybe a nice boost to his abilities and a small rework to make him awesome again. that's all i wanted to say. thank you. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

rumble is not weak, really

sure, he's at a slight negative winrate in regular play, but you gotta realize that this guy dominates competitive play. he was really strong at worlds, and never recieved nerfs

With all the new meta, and all the reworks on other champions making them stronger is making him fall far behind. It's just how i feel about him. And some boost and rework would do him some good. where is the harm in that ?[slayer-jinx-unamused]

the harm is that it might take a "Yi Balance Snowball" and either become garbage or OP with a rework and might just break him with any kind of RAW stat buff or ability buff. when i mean RAW i mean like a good buff, not like +5 damage to all ranks on R

ill try to better explain

before that, a "Yi Balance Snowball" is when if you buff or nerf said champ, you will get garbage or a super broken monstrosity ex.

Yi Buff: E gets +10 damage at all ranks

fine right?

well, he's gonna be doing 40 true damage on an auto attack at level 6 with atleast 5 auto's 200 true damage

say he gets an extra auto which is 250

somewhere end game, yi has 100 true damage on his maxed E, not adding the extra 10 damage

110 true damage an auto, you might not think this is much but imagine how much AS Yi has, and if he gets a kill in a team fight that resets E CD

say he auto'd 15 times in a team fight with E active (usually he'd have E active more fyi)

(15x10) + (100x15)

Simplify and you get...

150+1500 true dmg without buff 1650 True Damage

Thats LEVEL 18 DARIUS MAX PASSIVE ULT TIMES 1.65

(this doesn't make him broken, but it puts how easily he can get broken with just +10 on his E passive)

Yi Nerf: Q does not have bonus damage to minions and monsters anymore

Speaks for itself, your clearing would be complete garbage, and maxing E would be meta in JG

Rumble is a champ that requires team coordination to really shine. In low elos where the majority of the player base is he is therefore perhaps a tad under performing when team doesn't understand how to use him. Once you get into mid gold or higher or use voice comms he can really dominate though.
