Did something change about the servers?

Until recently I had been averaging around 60 ping a game, not bad you know for a poor man like myself unable to afford better internet. However, since this last weekend or so and on, I am averaging about 115 a game, and because of how high paced the game is now, I seem to be unable to react fast to really do anything in game and its ruins my friends experience when playing with me because I am unable to follow up, lead an attack, or even move,( i just seem to just freeze and then appear in the enemy team. I was just wondering if I server change happened or something, or if it might be because my internet provider is messing with me. Thanks for any help. Also just realized I could've probably just written a support ticket, but I'm to lazy to copy and paste then change this up.
