What's a good, general use beginners build for Ashe?
I don't really want a build that diverts based on the comp of the other team because I'm still learning all that stuff.
Also, what's a good order to build things (including items that build into what I'm wanting)?

If anyone says "storm razor!!!!" or "blade of the ruined king first!!!" theyre wrong. Flat.
Storm razor is only if youre far ahead and need the burst more than the sustained damage.
Botrk first is a terrible choice unless youre going to build on hit, in which case you want

Dorans items are a given but you never keep them so theyre not included in builds unless you want to be extremely specific. Buy your component items as you can, but complete the items in the general order described. Once you start understanding game flow a little bit and are confident enough to make your own decisions, you can change things as you wish.
TheWizardM1 votesalso, if the enemy doesn't have any tanks (for instance if they took a fighter/bruiser top lane and assassin jungle) you replace BOTRK with Bloodthirster for better survivability against burst :)

But new player, don't actually build this first. This is a joke.
On a serious note, does the new player already know how to find items by searching the name? Or the full items you listed are all on the recommended page? Does the player know the items?
Also, is the new player playing the twisted treeline game mode? Maybe that is why you get gold a bit slower? Not sure if you want to play Summoner Rift against bots.
Doran's items are gold efficient items that helps you last in lane in the early game(when you farm minions in the first 10-15 minutes of the games on the Summoner Rift map) but you can't use them to build them into anything.
How much gold you get depends on your minion count (next to your game timer on the top right) and your kills. The higher the minion count you can get it to, the more gold you get.(Hopefully, you won't get some weird ideas from reading this.)

+ boots seems to be the best build for her in that order. It's unlikely games will last much longer than that build.

Thing about that build. Its really, really, really aweful when behind and assumes youre not making many mistakes.
The standard build i posted is better by far in most situations. Botrk is NOT a rush item unless youre building for on hit, and shiv provides just as much waveclear as runaans with better dueling.
