Clash schedule that could work for more people

I work on a flip schedual, for example I am off this weekend but not the next, then I have the one after that and so on. So every weekend that clash is playable I am working. Is there anyway you guys could consider the other guys that can't play except on certain weekend and next time make it either....

A) Every week

B)Next set of tournaments make it start on July 13th, 27th, Aug 10, 24 Sept 7th 21st Oct 5th 19th and so on.

C) make the next tournaments so that people can pick one of 2 weekends to play, for example since it starts may 25th but let them pick either may 25th or June 1st.
