Shield And Heal Power SHOULD Increase Health Regen. Supports Dont Have Much Health Regen, And Those Who Build Items That Give Heal And Shield Power Are Too Squishy And Cant Survive Trades.

shield and heal power should never have been added in the first place the fact that they needed to even add that and things like item 3193 are basically just putting on display how much damage creep this game now has.

Shield and Heal Power Were Added To The Game In Order To Give Squishy Supports More Chance To Compete With Other Support Picks, Such As Tanky Supports. No One Uses Gargoyle Stoneplate Except For Some Cho'Gath Players.

My dude, if your talking about trading in laning phase you just need to get good or play an engage tank.

That's exactly my point. If you want to survive in lane, you have to select only certain picks (tanky supports) in order to be relevant, and let squishy supports such as Soraka and Sona never see a higher playrate than 7%. Ok, that is def a trade I can take if they remove the shield power passives. Heal power is fine, shield is not.

That's your own choice really.

You refusing to build Spirit Visage is not an excuse to buff heal and shield power.

If you want the extra health regen, you build that damn Spirit Visage and you like it.
