Rumble: "Good Guide? More like Best Guide!" (Match-ups in Progress) - Rumble - Guide for League of Legends on LolKing

With the current shift in meta and the ongoing changes and nerfs to Rumble's viability and strength in the top lane, I've updated my guide to further help those of you looking to play Rumble to learn how to adapt. This covers not only playing Rumble Top, but also provides insight into controlling neutral objectives, understanding your role during different stages in game as well as brief instruction on how to play the more-recently-favoured Rumble Jungle. What do you think about Rumbles late game?

Especially his ult feels a lot weaker than in the early/mid game.

I'm having difficulties farming in lane with Rumble because of how much the enemy laner can poke and harass me and my autos do nothing to minions...

His problem is being a low range AP bruiser in a time when AD itemization absolutely craps on AP itemization. Hes outgunned in item selection and the residual effect of past nerfs with recent changes that barely help if not hinder him. The harpoon charge system is crap.
