Ezreal build
I like to pick up Ezreal for ADC. But I need a solid build for him. What is good for S6 on Ezreal?
Is it the 'blue build'? 
Or the 'reaver build'?

Just go with essence reaver, replace the trinity force with a rapid fire cannon and get ionian boots, after that go situational, just remember that you are an ADC, not an AD caster, use those auto attacks, Ive seen way too many Ezreals try to get all their damage from Q. Also avoid building tear, it delays your damage, and don't use W too much in lane, it drains your mana way too fast until you get essence reaver.
Blue
You can go blue but don't rush tear. Get at least 1 damage item - pickaxe, Sheen, or BF sword depending on what you can afford or plan on building. Then get tear 2nd. if you start tear first you have no damage in lane and you'll die to any mildly aggressive lane. If you get one damage item you can poke and harass your way through laning while stacking that tear - and Ez stacks fast enough you don't need to worry about maxing it first.
Blue tends to be stronger kiting but I'd recommend it more if you're facing an AD heavy enemy team. IBG gives you a decent slow for kiting and armor but its damage is abysmal compared to a triforce. BotRK is okay, lets you pick at their frontline from afar but Ezreal isn't a close quarters ADC - you lack natural synergy with Critical chance so you'll usually lose a straight 1v1 duel to a more AA-ADC. Instead you focus on kiting and poking.
Triforce tends to have better overall damage; If you go Essence Reaver you can build ER first. If you have the money, try to get a BF on first back, otherwise you can either get the hammer or instead get an early Sheen and then build ER, then finish Triforce. Once you have ER you can poke for days, just AA minions, camps, or the Scuttler to get mana back.
I tend to focus on pure AD so after ER & TF I'd go for a BT. You get the lifesteal on hit and it grants you the most AD. Alternatively you can go IE if you're planning on being in closer range.
