Gunblade and Will of the ancients vamp - do they stack?

So, do they stack? I mean there is nothing why hey shoudn`t stack - unique not named passives on different items. But have anyone tested it?

considering wota doesn't give spell vamp idk what you're even talking about

if you are asking if you benefit from the heal from wota and gunblade at the same time, the answer is yes

you could even throw another revolver in there and the 3 will work simultaneously

Yes. You can further increase the vamp with Runic Armor, Windspeaker's Blessing and Spirit Visage (But windspeakers won't increase your resists)
