Decree shoud only proc once for AoE and traps

Riot. Please. You're killing us. You made it so nidalee can proc thunderlords simply if i run over her trap??? Really? What about the people who play skillshot champs... Think of the disadvantage we have against anyone with aoe abilities As say, Ezreal. As ezreal (my main) I have to carefully plan where and how im going to land my next decree by either auto attacking them 3 times or hitting them with spells. Both however are far more difficult than just laying a DoT AoE spell down and running away under turret. Thunderlords decreee should only count towards 1 of 3 times when an aoe spell is initially cast over a player. If the Aoe spell hits, it should count towards 1 of 3 of thunderlords decree procs, not 3. How is it fair that some champs only have to use one spell to proc thunderlords whereas others have to actually aim or strategically plan out 3 separate spells or auto attacks... It just is not fair, plain and simple.
