How about a Tear for jungle and support?

I think the build for archangel/manamune is not very useful for supports/junglers. Do you think there is ever going to be an tear-stacking item that would be good for supports? Archangel staff active would be more useful if it was targeted - another shield for your ADCs. some ideas for other actives:

all active effects effectiveness based on remaining mana

  1. aoe/Targeted heal
  2. AoE cleanse (or a few seconds of extra tenacity)
  3. Grants target bonus on-hit .5 second stun/knockup
  4. Grants target bonus CDR

Something like this could be really cool for a support/jungler.

I doubt a Tear stacking item will significantly effect AP Junglers in a useful way.

However, I like the idea of a support Tear item. I want something that acts like a mana Battery. We lost our only mana battery after the soraka rework.
