Guys i want to ask if i played ranked in preseason and climb. And when the Next season starts (lets say i got 10/10) placement. Will i get placed in my last season end rank or preseason. Like does playing rank and climbing in preseason effect placement in next season or not ?

Yes, if you climb during preseason your MMR should climb too and your placements at the start of s10 should reflect that.
However since its pre-season there are a lotta trolls and people who just dont care so it's easier said than done.
Oh also when ppl say climbing now is worthless or doesn't mean anything the reality is yes you are working for less b/c you aren't rewarded for it and your mmr does get hard reset on patch 10.1, but you have a chance to seed higher so maybe you seed into plat after placements or diamond instead of gold 1 or p1.
