Dynamic roles

I don't quiet understand these boards so I don't know where to post anyway

We all know how dynamic que works you pick x role and get 1 of 2 however in my case My best roles would be top/support but if I select that I can never get top its impossible so I'm forced to que as top/jungle (mid/adc being my worst roles)
