champion mastery flaws

Personally, I believe that champ mastery is great, but I am having a hard time understanding some of the concepts. I don't think that it should be as heavily focused around winning as personal performance. For example, I played a match this morning where I went 24/15/11 asRiven , and lost, and received between 200 and 300 champion mastery points. Last weekend, I went 1/8/5 as Sivir , and received a full 800 mastery points only because my team carried my sorry, non adc playing butt. So I was thinking that maybe chamion mastery should be based more on personal performance.

Personally, I don't think there is any question that **most **of the points should come from actually winning a game. I would not like to see players stop playing to win games because they are more interested in accumulating champion mastery. I don't mind players that perform well get more points or receive higher grades, but I completely disagree that most of the mastery points should come from something other than winning. If you go 35/3/10 and you throw the game, then you don't deserve to win and therefore you don't deserve more points. Because as awesome as your KDA was, when push came to shove you got outplayed, you weren't able to carry, whatever. If you really are that good with your champion, then you will win games with that champion and get the points that show you are good.
