Punishments for awfull people

I just finished a ranked game and it got me thinking, we lost not because we played the game badly but because we had duo, (wont include their names) that decided it would be a great idea to go and now i wouldn't had any problem with this until they bullied people out of choosing what they want with the threats of feeding and afking meaning we would have lost anyway but i wish there would be harsher punishments for people that go into ranked to purposely troll. This has been my first experience with people who will just go into a game and ruin it for others. If were being honest the community would be so much better without these sorts of people, either just ban them or just don't allow people who have been caught being trolls in ranked play ranked again. I know no one will take the time to read this post and frankly its probly just another rant by some player to better fix the system. But something has to be done if you want people to enjoy the game get rid of the minority and just implement a system so that if someone buys 6 boots and then just feds there has to be a punishment for them and not the whole team. We don't want a military style how if one person sucks it costs the whole unit we want that person to be punished and maybe just compensate the team that has to deal with said action. -Cheers if you read this :)
