umm riot what is this matchmaking

my last game i played eve and we got stomped long story short support zyra was 0-8 at 10 mins varus was 1-4 and malz top was 1-3.. game was pretty much over cus i was forced to build tank thanks to malz and zyra * i was first pick in the lobby . i ended up checking ranks and stuff after the game and 3 of my teammates were in placements.. 2 of which were on extremely long losing streaks * zyra was 0-11.... in her last 11 games * varus was like 0-6* malz was literally freshly lvl 30.. the ez was the only one who was ranked and wasnt on a losing streak... flip the table and i have a gold 4 gragas 2x silver 3's who are on winning streaks and graga's duo who was a support ali... i mean did riot literally want me to lose this game? im currently like 12-4 in my last 16 games give or take a couple. this isnt the first time this has happened and it always happens as im climbing thru S2 and about to hit promo's. like is the algorithm that bad or does riot intentionally cause people to lose lol.
