Honor upgrade Pls help!

Hello!

Recently I got 14 day suspension because saying to someone that is bad and toxic is apparently bannable. I got my Honor 2 level down to 1. I am curious how many games I should play with mute all chat and pings to upgrade my level to normal and to keep going. I hope I don't need to play half and year for one level.
