Chat Lag in Champ Select.

Queuing in draft pick, calling a role, and then finding out that (after everyone else calls the roles you wanted) you weren't the first to call the role, is kinda annoying. Pls fix Rito </3 Maybe wait for everyone to load into the chat and then make messages sendable?
