Teemo change

I wouldnt even mind giving it more damage as compensation, but god fucking damn are targeted spell like this cancer.

Targeted spells have a place. For example in GPs kit. Being able to Proc your barrels even if there is shit in the way is key to the function of the kit.

For teemo. This is a just a point and click Nuke with a blind on it. It doesnt function to enhance the rest of the kit. So there is no reason not to make it a skill shot and give it some more damage as compensation.
