Character Specific Ability settings (UI HUD)

I'd really like to be able to set smart cast off for my w and e on thresh, and then proceed to play another champion, say Pyke, whose e and w settings are save to smart cast. Please make smart cast settings pertinent to each character. You guys already do this with ranked an non-ranked game modes. If I take exhaust in a ranked game, it will remember that for the next ranked, and only ranked, game i play. Whereas, if I proceed to play a normal, where I didn't play with exhaust the previous game, it will show whatever I took in my last normal game. Similar concept but please apply this to champions and their ability cast settings.
