Ivern Q 'charge' should be a recast rather then a right click

After playing Ivern many times, it is frustrating as hell when i go to harass someone with a q -> right click and end up doing a bloody dolphin dive across the wall into their entire team. I don't understand why this dive can't just be a recast.
