Yes. Play a Juggernaut, rush a Spirit Visage into damage, and bind laugh to an easily spammable key.

That build doesn't get Zhonyas early, so if you can survive his mediocre damage you can do whatever you want to him.

(I'm assuming you meant beat, rather than be)
