the one you get when you smite it? you get it even if you don't last hit it
You get sad? I'd get mad. I'd straight up run top and feed, then afk "enjoy your buffs, hope they help you now". I hate when the midlaner takes blue without saying anything (early in the game) or the adc thinking he's entitled to red buff. I understand I should give the buffs, and the team benefits from having these buffs (mid blue, adc red buff), but early on fuck off and ask for it with a pretty please.
I never ask for help when I play jungle and never give help to anyone
