farming

hello i am silver 2 and i was playing top as shen vs a vayne top, for a whole 20 min i stayed top and ulted lanes a few times, but what i was going to ask for farming under tower, litteraly under tower is 120 cs by 20 min top, she had like 150 and i killed her once
