Helpful tips to improve ARURF

Hey Riot, I love the game and have put many hours into but would like to make a suggestion to improve the ARURF and the new Snowdown ARURF. I have been playing the game since late season 4 and remember when Urf had a pick and ban. I would great like you to include a ban phase in to the ARURF gamemode. I feel like there are many players who would greatly enjoy haveing bans as getting facerolled by some significantly strong champ over and over gets a little old. I wanted to make this suggestion while the Urf is still only on the PBE before it is released on to the live servers that way if the change can be made if possible.
