i cant launch my lol successfully and i have download the client for several times , my laptop and internet are fine for i can still play Battlefield 1 . Every time i launch the client just a little tiny title on my screen but i can still hear the client music .

I would suggest trying to check your task manager in the expanded list for league of legends running already, then close them, then reopen.
If that does not work, send a message to Riot support, (when you go to the support site, then at the top there is a "send a ticket" and you can send your ticket from there)
