Possible Champion changes

Everyone complains about op champs, and that is not what this is for. These are just idea's for possible changes to help the balance of League of Legends.

  1. Ashe - Passive: When Ashe CC's an enemy, her next auto attack on that champ will have 100% crit chance. X cooldown. Q: Reduce slow %. New Passive-Gives Ashe Flat MS when she auto attacks. W: Reduce cast time/let her move while casting. E: Hawk sit on wall, giving vision for X seconds. Lets face it, Ashe is old. Her kit is simple and boring. Good to learn league with, not good to PLAY league with. She is meant as the kiting/utility carry, and i feel these changes would be healthy. After all, she is one of the oldest champions, aka most "experienced" champions. Are you trying to say she wouldn't have learned a few new tricks by now?

  2. Morgana - Q: Root duration scales with distance (example: 1 second at point blank, 2 seconds half distance, 3 seconds full distance) Riot constantly talks about "counter-play". Let me give you an example. Everyone is around level 9. Red side loses a fight around dragon, Blue team pushes bot and mid turret. I am going to be a good player, and ward up our jungle. I drop a ward over the blue wall, and get Morgana snared for 3 seconds. It was out of FoW, and at that range, you aren't likely to see it in time to dodge. Then, the enemy 5/0 Kha'Zix jumps over the wall and kills me within the snare duration. Where is the counter-play? I am being punished for having to ward against a Morgana. Now if the root duration scales, it rewards good Morgana's for landing max ranged binding, while not punishing players as much for having to face/ward check into FoW against her. Plus, it gives her a little bit of a higher skill cap (should i bind now, or should i stop and land a longer ranged snare for the duration increase?)

  3. Skarner - Q: after 3 stacks-replace bonus magic damage with % max magic damage. R: Less damage, reduce target resists by X%, dropping by half when skarners ult ends. Lasts X seconds. (Example: Armor and Magic Resist reduced by 20%, drops to 10% when skarners ult ends. Lasts 6 seconds) With Skarner's current kit, it looks like he should be trying to dive the back-line, to try and pull a carry out of position. The problem is he can't reliably get to the back-line, and they can always QSS your ult. I feel he would fit (and currently should be played) more as a heavy peeling jungler. The enemy team has a lot of dive? Pick Skarner. Ulti the biggest tank, spam your q, utilize your passive to stun the divers. Protect your carries. Unless you will give him a LEGIT gap closer, this, I feel, is a good way to focus Skarner's Role in a team comp.

  4. Taric - I really don't know what to say about Taric. He is a tanky support like Leona and Braum, but he sits back to peel like Janna. It doesn't make sense to me. Why have a tank NOT be a front liner? If i think of anything, I will post again on this topic, but as of right now, i am not sure what should be done.

DISCLAIMER: I am not saying these champs are trash or anything like that, i simply would like to see them updated, or kit clarification. (Here's hoping not to offend all those Ashe mains out there Q.Q)

I am hoping to get some pro's / high elo players to read this, and leave their opinions. The only thing i ask is be polite Q.Q

Thanks for reading!
